Co-produced by Caviar and Spy Films, ‘Writers Room’ marks the launch of Skip’s biggest campaign to date, created by indie agency Courage. Directed by and starring Seth Rogen & Evan Goldberg, the spot spoofs Hollywood tropes as the pair struggle to write a blockbuster, only to have every plot ruined by Skip’s impossibly convenient service. Blending cinematic production with Goldberg and Rogen’s signature self-aware humour (as seen in their Emmy award winning for Outstanding Comedy Series Apple TV+ series The Studio), the film positions Skip as a cultural disruptor, proving that when delivery is this good, drama doesn’t stand a chance.
