Directed by Ground Work‘s latest signing, Agostina Gálvez, TRESemmé‘s new spot was created by WPA Agency, partnering up with award-winning choreographer, Parris Goebel, to produce an underwater routine with the USA Olympic Artistic Swimming Team. Whilst the US Artistic Swim Team typically wear their hair stiff and concealed for their performances, the piece features a routine that celebrates free flowing hair.
‘For Tresemmé, I was excited to work with Parris to capture a different perspective of synchronised swimming with choreography,’ said Agostina Gálvez. ‘We decided to highlight the poetry of the movements of these aquatic artists and pull you into an underwater world most viewers don’t experience in such a hypnotic way.’
