One of the most iconic music video directors of our time and Fela‘s co-founder, Director X places a modern twist on the classic, ‘Robin Hood‘ tale. Executive-produced and directed by Director X and starring Jessye Romeo as Robyn Loxley, the eight-episode series sees its titular character as a member of ‘The Hood’, a masked hip-hop group who create viral videos online. Produced by Boat Rocker in association with Corus Entertainment, ‘Robyn Hood‘ aims to uncover the similarities between current affairs and the gilded age of the classic’s original setting. The series is set to premiere on September 27.
