‘International production studio 1stAveMachine have signed London based British-Jamaican Director Ricky Rxse for representation in the UK for commercials and globally for music video.
With a passion for capturing and documenting moments in time since primary school, Rxse has identified and finessed his own unique style of creating pieces that showcases the black experience in a balanced way. His pieces provide an alternative perspective to the stereotypical narratives that might often be seen in mainstream media, with a sophisticated elegance and grace. His first film, Whispers in the Shade, is about ethnic and black fathers and their role in society.’
