MASON directs new campaign for Hastings Direct

CANADA London’s directing collective, MANSON, have partnered with Wunderman Thompson on the new Hastings Direct campaign, to position the UK insurer as a distinctive and digital first brand. The commercial film uses a memorable visual approach with a combination of filmillustration and animation, to dramatise the ease and simplicity that the insurer brings to people’s colourful and chaotic lives, by providing them with the best-in-class digital experience and great prices. A man is featured driving alongside his cartoon double, whilst experiencing some of the challenges that life can throw at you, but always with his Hastings Direct app to offer simple, app-based solutions in case of emergency.
